Encouraging Honest & Lawful Government

The Holy Joe Society is an organization prepared to support legal actions on behalf of individuals or organizations adversely impacted by activities deemed inconsistent with good governance and public policy. The Society’s desire is to encourage honest and lawful government through education, persuasion, and if necessary, litigation.

• Education includes An Ethics Pamphlet for elected officials and other government adminstrators.
• Persuasion includes contacts urging changes in questionable practices and the threat of media exposure.
• Litigation will be considered in cases of persistent conduct inconsistent with good governance and public policy as noted above.
